OUR STORY

Formerly known as Joe & Dough Bakery, Bakeri has come a long way since its inception in 2010. With a jar of starter cultivated by our baker and just 2,200 square feet space, the bakery began as a supporting arm to Joe & Dough cafes, producing artisanal breads and pastries to ensure a consistent supply of quality bakes to all the outlets. Eventually, customers grew to love our baked goods and with the growing demand, the team had to bid farewell to the little bakery after two years, and moved to a 11,000 square feet baking facility. The space may have changed, but the ethos and hand shaping of each loaf remains the same.

Over the years, the business function expanded to produce breads, cakes and pastries for wholesale as well as catering for corporate events. Today, Bakeri produces many high quality, innovative products including an extensive range of frozen products (ready to prove, par-baked, or thaw and serve). From French croissants, brioches to traditional ciabattas, our range allows you to offer true authenticity from the products and a great taste experience.
